1. Information We Collect

• Email Address – for account creation and authentication.
• Nickname – user-chosen; does not need to be a real name.
• Device Data – including device model, OS version, and unique identifiers.

• Cookies and Tracking Technologies – for analytics and ad performance.
• Authentication via Apple/Google – we may receive your email or profile information depending on your privacy settings.
• Location Data – we do not personally collect or request location data. However, ad providers such as AdMob may collect approximate location information through your device's settings and IP address for ad targeting purposes. This collection is managed by AdMob and not directly by Growth Chain LLC.
• Payment Information – Growth Chain LLC does not store or process payment data. All purchases are handled via Apple and Google's in-app purchase systems.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data such as health or biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for the following purposes:

• Account creation and management
• App functionality and secure user authentication
• Performance monitoring and app improvement
• Personalized ad delivery via third-party ad providers (e.g., AdMob)
• Marketing emails (only if you opt in)

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Your data may be stored or processed on servers located in the United States or other countries where our third-party providers operate (e.g., Firebase). While Growth Chain LLC does not directly manage international data transfer agreements, our providers use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption and secure access controls.

We rely on the security measures offered by Google Firebase and Firestore, including:

• End-to-end encryption (in transit and at rest)
• Secure user authentication
• Controlled data access and audit logs
• Monitoring for unauthorized access

While we take reasonable precautions, no platform can guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

• All personal data and point balances associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
• Exception - Referral Codes: Your referral code will be retained for backend system integrity and functionality. However, this code is completely anonymized and dissociated from your identity upon account deletion.
• Deletion of personal data is irreversible.

9. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent (e.g., for marketing communications)

Growth Chain LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of virtual points, data breaches, third-party services, or interruptions in service. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to this Privacy Policy or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to waive your right to a class action or jury trial.
