Account Management

Can I change my referral code?

No, once your referral code is created, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.

You can reset your password by going to the login screen and selecting the "Forgot Password" option. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to create a new password.

Will I lose my points if I uninstall or reinstall the app?

No, you will not lose your points if you uninstall or reinstall the app. You only lose points if you completely delete your account. After reinstalling the app, you can log in again at any time to access your existing points.

Are my points stored securely?

Yes, our proprietary algorithm securely tracks and manages all of your points. Once you earn points, you can never lose them as long as your account remains active.

Can I change my email address after signing up?

Absolutely! To change your email address, go to Settings > Email and Password > Update Your Email and click "Change Email." You will receive a verification email to confirm that you are the one requesting the change. After confirming through the verification email, you will be able to input your new email address.

Can I opt out of notifications or emails?

Yes, you can turn off notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app's notification preferences.

Can I transfer my account to someone else?

No, transferring your account to someone else is strictly against Sprout Network's terms of service and is not permitted.

What happens if I change phones or devices?

You can easily access your account on a new device by simply logging in with your existing credentials. All your points and progress will be preserved.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time. To do so, go to Settings > Account Management > Delete My Account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Mining and Sessions

Do I need to keep the app open while a mining session is active?

No, you do not need to keep the app open during a mining session. The Sprout Network app automatically tracks your mining sessions even when the app is closed, so you can rest assured that you're earning the SPROUT you deserve.

How long is each mining session?

Each mining session lasts approximately 24 hours.

How can I check my current mining rate and bonuses?

You can view your balance on the home page of the app under the section labeled "Balance." This section displays the total amount of SPROUT you currently hold.

Does mining drain my battery or use extra resources?

No, mining SPROUT does not have any additional effect on your battery life or use extra resources beyond what any other standard app on your mobile device would consume.

What does it mean when a session says it's "expired"?

When a session shows as "expired," it means your current mining session has ended. To start a new session, simply tap the mining button again on the home page of the Sprout Network app. Remember that mining sessions last exactly 24 hours.

Can I earn more than once per day?

No, you can only start a new mining session once your current 24-hour mining session has ended. You cannot run multiple mining sessions simultaneously on the same account.

Why is mining not working?

Occasionally, you might experience a bug related to mining functionality. If this happens, try closing the app completely and reopening it, which should resolve the issue.

Is there a way to remove ads from the app?

Yes, you can subscribe to our premium tier, which allows you to bypass ads and save time. Sprout Network Premium also provides additional perks such as new profile pictures and other exclusive features. Please note that the premium subscription does not give you any advantage in earning more points than non-premium members. Sprout Network Premium is designed for users who want to support the app's development while enjoying an ad-free experience and exclusive profile customization options.

Will Sprout Network ever send me notifications or reminders?

Yes, you can opt into notifications that will remind you when your mining sessions are complete or when other important events occur in the app. We recommend opting in to notifications that way you never miss a mining session.

Is there a web version of Sprout Network or is it mobile-only?

Currently, Sprout Network is only available as a mobile application for iOS and Android devices. There is no web version available at this time.

What is the minimum age to use the Sprout Network app?

Can I request to change or reset my referral code?
