How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Sprout Network app on your device
- Go to Settings Page
- Scroll down to find "Manage Account"
- Tap on "Delete Account"
- Read the warning message carefully
- Enter your password or confirm your identity
- Tap "Delete Account" to confirm
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email:
- Send an email to support@sproutnetwork.io
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your email address associated with the account
- Provide your nickname/username for verification
- State your reason for deletion (optional)
- We will respond within 48 hours to confirm your request
